Despite dominating the majority of the possession and creating many chances, Whickham could not find a way through past the West Allotment defence.

It then became a task of attempting to advance through a penalty shoot-out from which the Lang Jacks unfortunately failed to win sending West Allotment Celtic into the next round of the FA Cup.
