Lang Jacks travel to Northallerton

Whickham make the long journey south to North Yorkshire on Saturday to take on Northallerton Town.

The hosts sit 15th in the league after a slow start to the campaign, however they have won their last two games in all competitions.

Top scorer Nathan Stephenson has 10 goals so far in the league from midfield.

The former Crook Town man also leads the way in assists with three this season.

Town have strengthened their squad in the last week having brought in Ethan Henderson and Jonny Haase from York.

Both teams won their away fixture in this game last season, Whickham winning 3-1 on their trip to the Calvert’s Stadium.

The Lang Jack’s will be looking to bounce back from last weekend’s defeat at Guisborough, with Lee Haldane looking to build on a positive performance.
