Whickham welcome Pickering Town

After another weather disrupted fixture, we return to action at home as we face Pickering Town in the EBAC Northern League.

The hosts are enduring a tough season in the division after being relegated last season as they sit second bottom amidst a tightly-bunched bottom six.

Harry Jessop had scored 11 for the visitors this season before moving to Curzon Ashton, with no one else scoring more than three in what has been the joint-worst goal scoring attack in the league this season.

Pickering have struggled particularly on the road this season with just one away win, coming at Seaham Red Star in October.

The reverse fixture was played back in August which saw a 2-0 win for The Lang Jacks with Scott Robson and Nathan Greenwood on target.

Whickham have new signings Nick Liversedge and Tom Romano available for selection by Lee Haldane after joining this week.

Saturday 18 March – The First Mortgage Glebe – Kick off: 15:00
