Whickham host Northallerton Town this weekend, looking to bounce back from a 4-1 away defeat to Easington Colliery last Saturday.
The Lang Jacks are four points above the relegation places with six games remaining and will be looking to get back to winning ways after a disappointing defeat last time out against Easington.
Kieran Aplin put Whickham ahead inside two minutes but the home side came back strong scoring twice either side of half time to run out 4-1 winners.

Whilst Finn Davies is serving his one-game suspension following a red card against Birtley Town last week, and Cameron Brewis is unavailable due to injury.
What the Lang Jacks are saying
Whickham manager Tony Fawcett said: “Northallerton are a team we have been chasing in the league for a while.
“They had a little blip but have had some good results against Penrith, Crook, and Guisborough of late.
“They will be fit, hardworking, and will be able to play; I envisage a good battling game as we are looking for a reaction ourselves.”
Opposition
Easington currently sits 16th in the Northern League Division One, nine points ahead of the Lang Jacks.
Northallerton have picked up nine points over their last six games but were beaten 2-1 at home to Kendal Town on Tuesday night.
Last time out
The two sides last met in September 2024. Jordan Lavery put the Lang Jacks ahead in the eighth minute with a penalty before Jordan Blinco equalised for Northallerton in the 32nd minute.
Both teams had to settle for a point in a1-1 draw.
